While over 60 lakh cases remain pending at High Courts, 30 percent of the seats remain vacant

The Courts and Constitution Conference was held on April 15th-16th, at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.

The Court is expected to hear the Ayodhya dispute, review petitions in the Rafale case, and monitor judicial vacancies in lower courts.
