Suggestions of the Amicus Curiae
On July 7 2020, Mr. Gaurav Agrawal was appointed as the amicus curiae. On July 15, Mr. Agrawal requested the Court to pass directions to ensure children’s education was being continued through online portals. Children placed with families should be regularly contacted and if any assistance is needed to meet their needs it should be provided. The States were asked to file their responses. On July 21st Mr. Agrawal circulated a note on best practices.
